While still alive and capable of making changes

"While still alive and capable of making changes" is a group exhibition of contemporary Armenian artists exploring the theme of change, both personal and socio-cultural, and its sources. The process of transformation never ceases. Uncertainty frightens humans, but responsibility even more so. What depends on us and what are we willing to take into our own hands?
Changes begin within ourselves, this postulate becomes common to all artists. However, their premises and methods of implementing changes will be individual, which is why the exhibition consists of 9 research projects. The focus is on studying one's own creative path, collective memory, bodily experience, environmental influences, spiritual quest, and the desire to find connections between the material and the physical, the natural and the human through artistic projects.
In their works, the authors urge us to reflect on our ability to influence our own lives and the surrounding world, on how we find the strength and motivation to face the challenges of change. Through art, we examine the process of adaptation and self-discovery, striving to create a space where each work becomes a symbol of our aspiration towards transformation and a better future.
